As a Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional capabilities to develop individualized treatment plans. -Administering a range of occupational therapy interventions and techniques to help patients improve their daily living skills, -independence, and overall quality of life. -Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams and medical professionals to ensure holistic patient care. -Adapting treatment plans to meet the diverse needs and goals of patients across various age groups. -100% outpatient opportunity -Schedule; Monday-Friday, 4x10s, flexibility on dates. -Strong mentorship and development program available and ability to cross-train in other areas.
Qualifications:
-Valid Occupational Therapist license -WA state license or willingness to obtain -Hand therapy certification or experience preferred -Open to new graduates
Financial Package:
-Competitive salary $53.49-$66.58 per hr. commensurate with experience and internal equity -$20,000 sign-on, and relocation bonus -Comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits, paid time off (PTO) starting at 17 days per year + 6.5 sick days + paid holidays, continuing education opportunities, medical, dental, and vision coverage -Retirement plan with 8.5% employee match -Student loan reimbursement - $10,000 annually
