Optimum is partnering with a hospital in western Illinois that has an opening for an OB/GYN to join their team.?

This established OB/GYN practice offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 24-hour call rotation, RVU-based compensation, and comprehensive benefits in a low-volume, low-acuity rural hospital setting.

Opening Overview:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
  • OB Call: 24-hour shifts, 1:3 or 1:4 rotation
  • Daily Volume: 20 patients
  • Annual Volume: 250-300 deliveries
  • Full subspecialty support
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Must be board-certified or board-eligible
