- Experience: Bread and butter urology, general procedures, robotic experience preferred but not required
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay Package: Tier 1 – $450+/hr; Tier 2 – $451–$500+ per hour, plus call stipends

What You'll Do:
- Provide general urology care in clinic and on call
- Perform procedures like cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsies, TURP, and bladder scans
- Manage uroflow/cuff, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ESWL, Botox injections
- Support hospital rounding and consults (20–25 patients/day, 20–30 surgeries/month)
- Collaborate with support staff including RNs, MAs, and schedulers
- Cover hospital call, including weekend shifts, as scheduled
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation
What You Need:
- Board eligible or certified in Urology; BLS and DEA required
- Minimum 3 months of locum experience; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and call shifts
- Strong patient communication and teamwork skills
About the Assignment:
This position offers the opportunity to work in a busy outpatient clinic and hospital setting, handling a variety of general urology cases. Robots are available at the hospital for procedures if needed, though robotic surgeries are not required. The facility is supported by a dedicated team and operates in a modern, efficient environment designed for excellent patient care and provider success.
