Description Specialty: Internal Medicine - Cardiology Start date: Nov 7 2022 End date: Ongoing Coverage type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call Schedule: Coverage General Cardiology Requirements: Current ACLS through American Heart Association Perform Transesophageal Echos (TEE’s) – request privilege and meet the requirements Perform TEE's during a Watchman procedure if needed Conscious Sedation needed for TEE privileges Read Echocardiograms Hours: Monday – Friday, 8A-4P 1-2 Night Calls per week 1 Weekends Call per month Dates: Starting Nov 7th *Ongoing Must have current/active PA license Active PA DEA Will you accept Multiple providers Yes Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital Hospital M-F 8-4 Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital M-F and one weekend a month. Number of patients seen per day in clinic: Locum wiill not be providing services in the clinic Call Night /Weekend - 1-2 call nights per week 4pm -8 am. Weekend call 4pm Friday-8am Monday What are the days for Call One Weeknight varies. Weekend Friday-Monday What Time does the Call start Weeknight 4 pm. Weekend 4PM Friday-8Am Monday What Time does Call end 8:00 AM What support staff is available - M-F 8-4 at least 3 PAs. Weekend 1 PA Age of patients - Mostly over the age of 17 Inpatient /Outpatient - Inpatient Type of Charting /EMR - Epic Board Certified or Board Eligible - Board Certified Is Fellowship required Yes Reason For Need - Loss of a physician Rounding - Yes Average Number of Admissions per shift - We do not admit but we have approximately 15 consults a day as well as approximately 25 follow ups per day. * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
