What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in a dynamic operative environment
- Assist with circulating and scrubbing procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Support OR team during diverse surgical cases, including neuro, thoracic, ENT, ortho, plastics, urology, GYN, robotics, and oncology procedures
- Participate in call rotation, including evenings, nights, and weekends, based on schedule needs
What You Need
- Valid Ohio RN license
- BCLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience
- Experience with circulating and scrubbing duties
- EPIC electronic medical record system experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
About the Assignment
This full-time contract position is based at a leading healthcare facility in Columbus, Ohio. The role supports a busy surgical services unit with a mix of scheduled and call shifts, providing essential perioperative care across various specialties. The schedule includes a combination of 12-hour and 10-hour shifts, ensuring flexibility to accommodate your needs and the facility’s operational requirements.
