Description
- Work Dates Needed: September (ASAP with 2-4 weeks of credentials) - ongoing must be 6 months minimum
- Preferred Schedule: 40 hours a must- We are looking for shifts Monday-Friday. Hours are 9:00am to 7pm - wants FTE hours. combo of 8 and 10 hour shifts. Hybrid, 3 days per week in Santa Rita Jail remote for remainer of the 1-2 workdays will be considered based on the needs of program operations.
- Worksite Setting: All work takes place within the jail inmate housing units and clinic (outpatient).
- Scope of Work: 100% adults, 12-15 patients per day. Combination of initial visits for assessment and ongoing renewals. County will not allow. provider must have Correctional experience.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CA license, must be computer literate, correctional or/and county jail experience, Board certified, DEA, & BLS. Prefers local providers
