Description
- Work Dates Needed: Oct- Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-430p) w call
- Min 2weeks per month of availability required to be considered
- Pager Call: 1:3
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient
- Scope of Work:
- Trauma II
- Avg 15 ppd outpatient
- New patients: 2ppd
- 60m new patient / 30m follow up
- APP supervision
- Avg admissions on call: 2.5 inpatient per day
- 3 APPs onsite (8a-430p)
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA preferred, IMLC accepted w LOQ, BC (must be BC in medical oncology or hem/onc, will not accept hem only or IM); DEA, CSR, drive in candidates preferred
- EMR: Epic
