Compensation:
Hourly: $180/hr
Overtime: $260/hr

Schedule
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No late clinic
• No call
• No after-hours coverage
• No after-hours charting

Patient Population / Volume
• Approximately 8-14 patients per day
• Family Medicine: Full-spectrum care from infants through geriatric patients
• Internal Medicine physicians may see patients age 18+
• FNPs are available to manage pediatric patients when an Internal Medicine physician is selected

Clinical Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions
• Manage chronic medical conditions
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide preventive care and wellness services
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care

Practice Model
• True value-based care model
• No fee-for-service model
• No RVU-based productivity requirements
• Focus on comprehensive and preventive patient care

Requirements
• Board Certified OR Truly Board Eligible – Required
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine – Required
• Active New Mexico license – Required
• BLS – Required
• DEA – Required
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience – Required
• Clean background – Required
• No malpractice issues – Required
• No licensing issues – Required
• No exceptions to background, malpractice, or licensing requirements

Credentialing
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: Approximately 30 days

Travel
• Flight reimbursement available
• Lodging reimbursement available
• Rental car reimbursement available"
