A large academic medical center in Central Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced CRNA for locum tenens coverage. This opportunity offers a diverse surgical case mix, flexible shift options, and no call requirements. (Job ID: 51201)

Details

• Coverage: Scheduled clinical hours only


• Shift Options: 10- or 12-hour shifts


• No call


• Medical direction model with CRNA-to-anesthesiologist ratios of approximately 2:1 or 3:1


• Diverse cases including general surgery, orthopedics, trauma, plastics, neurosurgery, pediatrics ages 5+, endoscopy, NORA, robotic surgery, gynecology, and ENT


• No cardiac, OB, or block cases


• Scope includes general, regional, epidural, spinal, IV regional, and monitored anesthesia care


• Airway management and invasive monitoring/line placement


• EMR: Cerner

Requirements

• Board Certification required


• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience


• Must be comfortable working independently within a busy academic environment


• References required with submission


• Pennsylvania licensure required; IMLC not accepted


• DEA not required for CRNAs in Pennsylvania
