Description Work Dates Needed: ASAP - Ongoing Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-5p) Potential for FT/perm for interested providers Worksite Setting: Outpatient Scope of Work: Annual wellness visits, hospital discharges, emergent patients, manage inbox and prescriptions Avg 16-20 ppd Age range: birth to geriatric Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CT license, APRN, family medicine or primary care experience, experience seeing all patient ages, drive in candidates preferred, open to IM providers with experience EMR: Epic Pay Rate Preferred: $90/hr * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
