Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. No late clinics, no call, and no after-hours charting.
• Job Setting: Clinic (100% Outpatient)
• Types of Cases: Full-spectrum family medicine; babies to retirees. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, perform comprehensive physical examinations, develop individualized treatment plans, promote wellness and preventive care, coordinate specialty referrals, order and interpret diagnostic testing, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and supervise one or more NP team members. Average 8-14 patients per day.
• Practice Model: Value-based care model; outside the normal fee-for-service model. Not taking/billing insurance and no RVUs
• Leadership: Will supervise 3 Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs)
• Number of Providers Needed: 1
• Start Date: ASAP

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine required. Clean background with no malpractice or license issues - no exceptions.
• Certifications: BLS and DEA required
• Licensure: New Mexico license required; will consider providers who need to obtain a NM license
