Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Start Date: 10/1/2026, Ongoing. Walk-In Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-7:00pm; Weekends/Holidays 8:00am-1:00pm. Full shifts plus documentation time required.
• Job Setting: Outpatient - Walk-In Clinic
• Types of Cases: Walk-in care for both adult and pediatric patients; 20+ patients per shift. No call required.
• Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days. Temporary privileges are not available. Hospital/surgery center privileges required.

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible required
• Certifications: BLS required
• Licensure: Must be licensed in Wisconsin only. IMLC not accepted.
