- Low volume assignment -- approx. 120 deliveries per year
- OB typically called in twice per month
- C-section rate: 23%
- Backup call for family medicine and emergency medicine
- Well baby nursery transport support required
- Delivery and C-section procedural coverage required
- Hospital privileges required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
