Family Practice Physician - Los Angeles, CA

- Schedule: 3 days/week, 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00), plus 1-2 evening shifts/week
- Hours/Week: Approximately 24-32 hours
- Employment Type: Contract
- Licenses/Certifications: California Medical License, Board Certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible, BLS, ACLS, DEA
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Family/Internal Medicine

- Hourly Pay Rate: $171.60

What You'll Do
- Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population at one or multiple clinic sites
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Manage acute and chronic illnesses with a focus on quality care
- Collaborate with support staff, including MAs, RNs, and behavioral health teams
- Use Epic EMR system for documentation and patient record management
- Maintain compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
- Participate in scheduled shifts and communicate effectively with team members
What You Need
- Valid California medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Fluency or proficiency in Spanish/medical Spanish highly preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
