- Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts (08:00 – 17:00) with 1-2 evening shifts/week; flexibility for 12-hour shifts based on clinic needs
- Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours
- Employment Type: Temporary/Part-Time (with potential for part-time coverage)
- Licensure/Certifications: CA Medical License required, BLS, ACLS, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in family or internal medicine, Spanish speaking strongly preferred
- Credentialing: 12-14 weeks process

What You’ll Do
- Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population, emphasizing preventive care and chronic disease management
- See approximately 18 patients per day, ensuring quality and compassionate care
- Document patient encounters efficiently using Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with behavioral health teams and support staff at each site
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to clinic policies and procedures
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment for patients and staff alike
What You Need
- Active California medical license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Board Eligible candidates with strong experience may be considered)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care settings
- Strong communication skills, especially in Spanish (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to clinic workflow
