What You’ll Do:
- Independently perform respiratory care procedures, including invasive and non-invasive therapies
- Interpret physician orders and assess patient needs
- Administer prescribed therapies and evaluate patient response
- Respond promptly to changes in workload, adjusting assignments to ensure optimal patient care
- Communicate with the clinical team regarding respiratory care interventions
- Work in various hospital areas, including critical care units, with minimal supervision
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
What You Need:
- Current CRT or RRT credential
- Prior experience in respiratory therapy preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to respond quickly and adapt to changing patient needs
- Licensure in Kansas or ability to obtain licensure promptly
