Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $37.00+ (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients’ functional status through standardized testing in outpatient and occasional acute care settings
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and patient tolerance
- Implement physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual techniques
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on pathology, prognosis, and treatment strategies
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately for billing and regulatory compliance
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and promote community outreach activities
- Recommend adaptive equipment and prepare discharge plans when necessary
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Michigan Physical Therapy license
- 1+ years outpatient experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
Preferred:
- Experience in acute care settings
- Bilingual skills a plus
