DETAILS: - Fast-paced outpatient setting with a busy patient panel from the start - Conducts relevant physical exam and evaluates patient, documenting pertinent positive and negative findings - Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans - Provide relationship-centered care, taking into account the patient's psychosocial and physical needs - No additional expectations on admin time, meaning once your patient panel is completed for the day, you are free to go home - Primary care experience REQUIRED - EMR = EPIC </li> </ul> * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
