Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $75,000 - $110,000 annually (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Assess patients to determine needs, strengths, and rehab potential based on age, diagnosis, and condition
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Document all treatments, assessments, and patient progress accurately
- Delegate tasks to PTAs and support staff, supervising and monitoring their work
- Educate patients and families about injuries, treatments, and self-care strategies
- Contribute to the training and mentoring of PT students and interns
- Promote patient safety and ensure a safe treatment environment
- Support hospital initiatives in patient-centered care and community education
What You Need
- Required: Current Physical Therapist license in Michigan
- Preferred: Prior experience in acute/inpatient care settings
- Key Skills: Strong assessment skills, treatment planning, patient education, team collaboration
- Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly, perform manual therapy, and access all areas of the hospital
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with standard office and electronic health record systems
