- Eligible for licensure in the state of Michigan. [REQUIRED]
- Successful completion of all field work placements. [REQUIRED]
- Demonstrated competency in physical therapy principles/techniques. [REQUIRED]
- Field experience in physical therapy. [REQUIRED]
