DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform dialysis access procedures (catheters, declot, fistulagram)
  
• Provide outpatient vascular surgery consultations and follow-up
  
• Supervise and coordinate with support staff (rad techs, nurses, MAs)
  
• Utilize Advanced MD EMR for documentation
  
• Adhere to outpatient clinic schedule Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
