What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized care to patients in a high-acuity medical ICU setting, including Covid care and pronation therapy
- Monitor and manage vasopressor titrations and other critical procedures
- Administer and manage Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) and dialysis treatments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care
- Document patient progress accurately in Epic electronic health records
- Respond efficiently to emergency events, including staying at the facility if assigned to the “Emergency Team”
- Support patient safety and comfort through vigilant monitoring and intervention
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Louisiana RN license
- ACLS and BCLS certifications
- Epic experience
- Critical care or ICU experience
Preferred:
- CPI and NIHSS certifications
- Experience with PRN, pronation therapy, vasopressor management, and CRRT
