Description

Ongoing at least 6 months
Outpatient Clinic, Inpatient Rounding, and Call
60% outpatient, 40% inpatient
Outpatient Clinic Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm
  Visits primarily consist of consults and established patients
Diagnostic and Interventional Heart Catheterizations required
TEE Required
AHA ACLS and BLS Required

Logs Showing:
75 Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterizations within 12 months
50 Inpatient logs/encounters within 12 months
25 TEE within 12 months
