SMART is searching for Emergency Medicine Physicians for a locum tenens opportunity South of Lafayette, Louisiana. Ideal candidates must be BC/BE EM , IM or FP with EM experience. ACLS, ATLS and PALS required.  ATLS not required if ABEM.

• Locums Rate: $250/hour – plus paid travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance with tail


• Annual Volume: 40,000


• Coverage Model: 6a-6p, 11a-11p, 6p-6a


• Mid-Level Coverage: 26.5 hours


• Beds: 14 Bed ED (5 fast track)


• EMR: T-Systems


• Credentialing: 60-120 days
