What You’ll Do
- Provide urology-focused patient care in collaboration with the broader care team
- Conduct urologic consultations in partnership with a locum urologist
- Support inpatient needs including call/rounding at acute facilities
- Work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with interdepartmental peers
- Coordinate care with hospital support staff and participate in after-hours triage workflows
- Contribute to patient assessment, evaluation, and ongoing management within the urology service line
What You Need
Required
- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Ideally at least 3 years of urology experience
- Ability to work independently and also collaborate with interdepartmental team members
- Experience participating in acute facility call/rounding (as applicable to role)
Preferred
- Strong comfort working in consultation-based models with specialty support (e.g., locum urology partnership)
- Experience collaborating across inpatient workflows and after-hours triage processes
