DETAILS
Outpatient (clinic & call)

* Avg # of patient/admissions per day: 20 in the office

* Avg# of admissions/day - one in the hospital

* Avg# inpatient census – 1 baby born per day

* Call: 1 night per week; 1 weekend per month

* Call shared with: pediatrician, NP and FM MD

* Will respond to codes? No- unless in the nursery

* Required attendance at C-sections when requested by OB provider

* No ICU/Critical Care duties

* No ER backup coverage required

* EMR= EPIC

* Practice Includes: 6 exam rooms and onsite lab services. 1 MD, 1 FNP and 4 Nurses/MAs.

* Required Certification: BLS, PALS and NRP

* Procedures: Onsite Lab, In House Circs, Ear irrigation, Minor Suturing, Covid/Sick Clinic, POC testing for strep, Flu, and RSV, Routine Well Child Exams and vaccines, Covid Vaccines ages 5-18

* Hospital covers the cost of travel, lodging and malpractice insurance.
