A health services company in California is looking to add a new, licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join their team in Long Beach.
About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:30am to 5pm (open to part timers)
- Patient Population: Pediatrics
- Patient Volume: 10 to 15 cases
- EMR: RainTree
Responsibilities:
The Physical Therapist (PT) will be responsible for providing outpatient PT services, specifically early intervention and rehabilitative and habilitative type of services for children ages 0 to 18 years with a variety of diagnoses (e.g., developmental delay, neuromotor impairments, musculoskeletal injuries).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- CA Physical Therapist (PT) license
- CPR certification
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Patient oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Experience working with the Pediatric population
