Description JOB OVERVIEW • Specialty: 2.0 FTE Primary Care Physicians • Job Type: Locum Tenens • Facility Location: Tohatchi, New Mexico • Service Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic • Coverage Period: Potential for a long term contract • Coverage Type: Clinical Only • Clinical Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm • Patient Demographics: All ages • Patient Volume: TBC • Admissions: No - inpatient needs are referred to Gallup Indian Medical Center • % of Practice: 90% Direct Patient Care • Support Staff: Clinical support staff and interdisciplinary healthcare team • Procedures: Outpatient medical care procedures • Office Equipment: Government-furnished for joint use (equipment, supplies, and clinic space) • EMR: TBC • Hospital Privileges required: Yes • Temporary Privileges available: Yes • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: • Active unrestricted license in any State or U.S territory • BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine • BLS • ACLS • Minimum of 2 years of experience * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
