- Hourly Rate: $5,779.80

What You’ll Do
- Provide obstetric care for predominantly high-risk pregnancies
- Support labor and delivery for 11-12 patients daily in a Level II nursery environment
- Assist with cesarean sections and obstetrical procedures alongside other OB providers
- Co-manage complex maternal cases such as ECMO-level pregnancies, in collaboration with MFM and ICU teams
- Respond to urgent obstetric needs, including emergencies, and manage high-acuity patients
- Support maternal-fetal medicine specialists with high-risk maternal care
- Document all patient encounters accurately using Epic/Excellian and Obix systems
What You Need
Required:
- Minnesota medical license or IMLC
- Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- BLS certification
- Trauma II experience (preferred)
Preferred:
- High-risk obstetrics experience
- Experience working in Level II nursery settings
- Ability to handle high-acuity obstetric cases
About the Assignment
This role involves coverage at a Level II hospital with a busy obstetric service, managing high-risk pregnancies and urgent obstetric cases with full support from maternal-fetal medicine specialists. The provider will predominantly support the Maternal-Fetal Medicine service, assist in deliveries, and participate in emergency response efforts, ensuring excellent care for a diverse patient population.
