What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a Med Surg setting
- Coordinate patient care activities and administer medications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Participate in patient and family teaching to promote health and recovery
- Maintain clinical standards and documentation accuracy in Epic EMR
- Assist in patient assessments and monitor patient progress during shifts
What You Need
Required:
- NH Temporary Health Care Service License/Registration
- Valid RN license in NH
- Minimum 1 year of Med Surg nursing experience
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment skills and team collaboration
Preferred:
- Experience working with adult and geriatric populations
- Ability to work flexible schedules and handle a fast-paced environment
