What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive care to patients aged 10 and older in an inpatient psychiatric unit
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, diagnostics, and follow-up visits
- Support patient stabilization and recovery
- Ensure compliance with all clinical standards and safety protocols
- Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews to optimize patient care
What You Need
Required
- Valid Massachusetts RN license and FNP-BC certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in family medicine or mental health settings
- Ability to work independently and handle diverse patient cases
- Reliable transportation, as local candidates preferred
Preferred
- Experience in psychiatric inpatient care
- Prior credentialed status at Leonard campus or similar facilities
