-- Call response time required: 30 minutes
-- Call ratio: 7 days per week
-- Locums call is for assigned patients

Requirements
-- BLS, ACLS
-- Hospital/surgery center privileges required

Assignment Details
-- Outpatient and inpatient
-- Patients per shift: 2-10
-- 17-bed ICU
-- Duties include rounding on assigned patients and admissions
-- EMR: Epic
-- Physician will be required to supervise Advanced Practice Providers
-- Support staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 2 PA/NPs
-- Phone consults: Low
-- Patients seen: 6-10 outpatient, 2-10 inpatients weekly
-- Call back percentage: 50%
-- Hospital stroke certified
-- Must be skilled and independent at vein harvesting utilizing the Maquet Vasoview system
-- Seeing physicians with two weeks per month of availability
