Description Urology Physician Locum Tenens Job in Southern Ohio Details/Requirements for Assignment: -- Coverage: as soon as credentialed (quick creds: around 2 weeks) and ongoing until a permanent provider is hired -- Clinic and Beeper Call Coverage (*must be interested in both to be considered*) -- Clinic schedule is Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with 3 to 4 half-day clinics per week (this is a mix of clinic and OR days) -- Call schedule is 24-hour weekday and weekend call --Looking to fill 4 weeks/month of coverage, but will consider candidates with at least 1 week/month of ongoing availability -- Average patient volume of 15–20 patients per day with 4–8 hospital procedures -- Office procedures include: Vasectomy, Prostate biopsy, Cystoscopy with stent removal and Prostate ultrasound -- Hospital procedures include: Abdominal sacrocolpopexy, Aquablation, Circumcision, Cryoablation (prostate and kidney), Cystocele repair, Cystoscopy, GreenLight laser prostate, Hernia repair, HIFU, Hydrocelectomy, InterStim Stage I & II, Mid-urethral sling, Optilume, Orchiectomy, Penile plication, Penile prosthesis, Percutaneous nerve evaluation (PNE), Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), Radical and partial nephrectomy, Rectocele repair, SpaceOAR/Fiducial placement, Spermatocelectomy, Suprapubic catheter insertion, TURP, Ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy Urethral bulking, UroLift -- Practice is supported by: 2 Nurse Practitioners, 3 Medical Office Assistants, 6 Clinical Staff, 1 Surgery Scheduler, 1 Urodynamics Technician -- Well-equipped practice with UDS room, flexible and rigid cystoscopes, ultrasound, Bovie, disposable scopes, and advanced urologic technology -- EMR: Meditech The Jackson and Coker Advantage:
