• Experienced MAs screen and triage calls before physician escalation.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Production-based model:
  • $400K guaranteed minimum for the first 12 months
  • Average general dermatology partner earned approximately $750K in 2025.
• Benefits: $7,000 CME, 6 weeks PTO including CME, malpractice covered, 401(k) and profit sharing.
