Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift – Kane, PA

Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $26.00
- Shift Differential: $0.75 per hour (starting at shift beginning)

What You’ll Do
- Administer medications and treatments, including glucose checks, and document responses
- Transcribe and follow physician’s orders accurately
- Review and update care plans in coordination with the healthcare team
- Assist physicians during rounds and examinations as needed
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for delivery
- Supervise and direct nursing assistants to ensure resident care plans are followed
- Monitor and record vital signs and weight, following up on significant discrepancies
- Assist with resident transfers, post-mortem procedures, and family communication
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in accordance with safety standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN license
- BLS certification
- Ability to pass employment physicals and meet physical demands
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Prior NICU or long-term care experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and compassionate approach to resident care
