What You’ll Do
- Provide routine and complex nursing care for medical/surgical patients
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
- Monitor patient responses and document findings accurately
- Evaluate patient progress and modify care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
- Float across all Med/Surg departments as needed
What You Need
Required:
- Active RN license in New Mexico or a Compact state
- BLS certification from AHA
- Minimum 1 year of related nursing experience preferred
Preferred:
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to float between departments
