Description CMC - Tracy Central <ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM or 8:30 AM-5:30 PM; Rotate 1 Saturday per Month 8 AM-5 PM | Weekday Off if Working Saturday</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>New Graduates</li> <li>Loan Repayment</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus</li> <li>Compensation: $153,500.00 - $173,500.00 plus incentives and productivity bonuses -153k + bonuses for new graduates -173k + bonuses depending on experiences </li> <li>Benefits: - Relocation reimbursement up to $5,000 - Loan repayment available through HRSA, SLRP, CAL HealthCares, HCAi, Song Brown - Medical via Kaiser or Sutter - Dental, Vision, Life via Met Life - Retirement 403b/457b</li> <li>Additional Info: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Licensed as a dentist in the State of California • Graduate from an accredited dental school with Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree • Knowledge and skills in delivering dental care to patients • Preference will be given to individuals who have worked with low-income and minority community members • Valid California driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and personal transportation. • Assist the Dental Director in establishing dental policies and procedures for the program • Provide direct dental care for the center's patients • Supervise dental clinic staff in the absence of the Dental Director • Assist the Dental Director in reviewing and recommending dental department fees for services, scope of care, and departmental policies • Assist in training and monitoring departmental staff compliance with OSHA, Blood borne Pathogens, CLIA, and safety policies • Performs other duties as required or assigned</li> </ul> * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
