- Dates needed: Sept 15-17, Sept 29 - Oct 1, Oct 13-15, Nov 3-5, 10-12, 17-19, 23-25
- Hours: 7a-5p
- Patients for Shift: 12-14
- License: MT license or IMLC
- Call: No, Hospitalists cover night call
- EMR: MediTech
- Responsibilities include:
- Routine medical evaluations and chronic disease management.
- Annual wellness and preventive care assessments.
- Management of dementia, frailty, and other complex chronic conditions is common in the long-term care population.
- Oversight of palliative and comfort-focused care plans when appropriate.
