What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process aligned with standards and scope of practice
- Assess patient needs, develop, and execute individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Delegate tasks and supervise licensed and ancillary team members
- Use data and clinical judgment to evaluate and improve patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Support department and unit goals through professional practice and collaboration
What You Need
Required:
- Current RN license in Florida or applicable state
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
- Proficiency with computer and software applications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Nursing
- Specialty certifications relevant to medical-surgical nursing
