What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Educate patients and their families about health management and post-discharge care
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in clinical status
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Oregon RN license
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a similar PCU or ICU setting
- Ability to manage multiple high-acuity patients
