What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality solo emergency care during 12-hour shifts in a busy emergency department
- Manage an open ICU environment and treat approximately 90–100 patients daily
- Collaborate with mid-level providers and hospital staff to deliver comprehensive care
- Document patient encounters using the Meditech 6.1 EMR system
- Participate in hospital protocols and procedures for emergency medicine
What You Need
Required:
- Active North Carolina Medical License
- NC Medicaid Credentialed and enrolled in PECOS
- Prior experience in emergency medicine or related field
Preferred:
- Ability to manage an open ICU environment
- Strong clinical skills in emergency and critical care
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospital setting
About the Assignment
Join a well-established hospital serving the Clinton community, with an annual patient volume of approximately 32,000 and a daily patient load of 90–100 cases. You will cover standard solo shifts, providing emergency care and collaborating with hospital staff to ensure patient safety and quality treatment in a supportive environment.
