Emergency Medicine Physician

Location: Ohio

Schedule: 24 hour shifts only

Setting: Freestanding emergency department

Position Overview

Provide emergency medicine coverage in a freestanding emergency department environment

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute conditions

Document care in an electronic medical record

Facility Highlights

Approximately 8,000 annual visits

On site CT, X ray, ultrasound, and lab with stabilize and transfer capability

Required Qualifications

MD or DO

Board certified or board eligible as outlined in the order requirements

Active unrestricted Ohio license and DEA required prior to start

Required life support certifications as outlined in the order requirements

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify

Credentialing and Onboarding

Credentialing timeframe is typically approximately 90 to 120 days

Orientation and training may be required prior to independent coverage
