OB/GYN Physician Locums Job | Call-Only | Flexible 6-Day Blocks | Upstate New York

Join a supportive OB/GYN team providing call-only coverage while the facility recruits a permanent physician. This role offers flexible 6-day blocks each month — perfect for physicians looking to balance meaningful patient care with lifestyle flexibility.

Details/Requirements:
--Coverage 6 days/month – as soon as credentialed (ongoing until perm is found - temps available for clean physicians)
--Flexible days (finalized monthly with OB/GYN team)
--No clinic, no high-risk pregnancies
--Will be covering ER consults, deliveries, emergent gyn cases (rare)
--Three OBGYNs on staff, no APP support while on call
--Previous callback volume: 20-50 hours per month
--700 annual deliveries on average

Typical schedule:
-- Wednesday: 5 p.m. – 8 a.m.
-- Thursday: 5 p.m. – 8 a.m.
-- Friday: 5 p.m. – 8 a.m.
-- Weekend: 24-hour call
-- Monday: 5 p.m. – 8 a.m.
