Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist Locums - Permanent Job | Nashville Tennessee

A behavioral health practice in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a Board Certified Psychiatrist for a flexible, hybrid Medical Director locums-to-permanent opportunity.

This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist who enjoys clinical leadership, collaborating with psychiatric NPs, limited direct patient care, and interventional psychiatry, all while practicing in one of Nashville’s most desirable areas just minutes from downtown.

Details/Requirements:
--Locums-to-permanent opportunity with potential long-term placement after 90 days
--Preferred mid-October start
--Approximately 12 virtual hours and 6 in-clinic hours per week
--Additional 2 in-person lunch-and-learn hours per week
--Approximately 10–15% direct adult patient care
--Medical Director oversight and collaboration with psychiatric NPs
--Chart review, medication/prescribing oversight, clinical oversight, and complex case review
--Opportunity to work with TMS, Spravato, and ketamine therapy
--Training available for interventional psychiatry
--Board Certified in Psychiatry
--Active Tennessee medical license
--Middle Tennessee/local candidates preferred
