-- Less than 10 calls per 24-hour shift
-- One 8-hour block per week for OR
-- Dedicated block time available through department scheduling
-- Emergency Department consults required while on call if necessary
-- Practice mix: 80% clinic / 20% OR
-- Full clinical support staff including nurses and clinical assistants
-- Number of surgeons: 2
-- Number of APPs: 2
-- Surgical tech support and anesthesia team available
