Description Job Overview Specialty: Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Location: Richland, WA Summary: Site is seeking experienced, board-certified OB/GYN physicians for a long-term locum assignment supporting a growing women's health program. Due to the integrated nature of the practice, agencies should focus on candidates who can provide coverage across multiple care settings, including the outpatient clinic, hospital operating room, ambulatory surgery center (ASC), and limited backup hospital call coverage Setting: Inpatient and Clinic License: WA license or IMLC DEA: Yes Positions: 3 Long-Term Locum OB/GYN Physicians Duration: 12+ Months Start: ASAP Core Coverage Requirements: The ideal candidate will be able to support at least two of the following three areas (clinic & surgery):
Practice Setting: Providers will work within a robust OB/GYN team of OB/GYN physicians, APP’s, and certified nurse midwives. Physicians should be comfortable providing consultation, support, and clinical guidance for complex patients managed by APPs and midwives. In addition to patient care responsibilities, physicians will be expected to serve as experienced clinical resources and mentors for newer providers joining the practice.
