- Separate on-call team handles primary call; backup coverage only in limited situations
- Manageable daily census of 16 - 18 patients across 1 - 2 facilities per day
- No procedures required and no independent ventilator management needed
- Opportunity to take on a Medical Director role as the practice grows
- Physician-led group dedicated to quality post-acute care in skilled nursing facilities
- Ability to supervise APPs and contribute to leadership and quality outcomes
- Board-eligible or board-certified IM, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics required
