- 40-hour work week with 32 patient-facing hours and 8 flexible administrative hours
- Manageable patient census of 15 - 18 patients per day
- 33 days accrued PTO in year one, plus 8 paid holidays and 5 CME days
- Federally Qualified Health Center with loan repayment opportunity
