- Phone-based call shared among the group for manageable on-call burden
- Associate Center Clinical Director role blending patient care and physician leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of primary care providers in a collaborative center setting
- Outpatient-only practice focused on older adult and complex chronic care patients
- On-site diagnostics include digital X-ray, ultrasound, echo, EKG, and spirometry
- Hospital-employed position with a supported, team-based care model
- Board-certified geriatric medicine or internal medicine physician required
