- Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans
- Administer treatments and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and families on health management and safety
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations
What You Need
Required:
- Valid license and certification for Respiratory Therapist, RN, or CRT
- Prior experience in home healthcare preferred
- Strong communication skills and compassion for patient care
Preferred:
- Experience working independently in home settings
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling
